I am happy to send this letter to you in appreciation of the prompt, efficient manner my problem was addressed! When the tree fell on our house Tuesday afternoon, I had no idea how long before I could get it removed. I called your office around 3 p.m., you came and assessed the situation before 5 o’clock, gave me a cost figure and assured me that your crew would be here before 8 a.m. the next morning. A little after 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday morning, men and equipment were in my driveway. By 10:15 a.m. the roof was visible, a tarp placed over the hole in the roof and tree debris was cleared!

I was amazed at the promptness, efficiency, and courteous manner of the workers.
